Depending on the model, SORBO detectors can monitor carbon monoxide, combustible gas, temperature and humidity. Selected models can also detect carbon dioxide. Please check the individual product specifications before purchasing.
Carbon monoxide is a colorless and odorless toxic gas produced by incomplete combustion. Combustible gases, such as natural gas or LPG, may create a fire or explosion risk when they leak and accumulate.
No. Some models detect carbon monoxide only, while selected multifunctional models detect both carbon monoxide and combustible gas. CO₂ detection is available only on designated models.
It is suitable for homes, kitchens, garages, hotels, caravans, RVs, workshops and camping environments. Always follow the placement instructions provided in the user manual.
When a dangerous gas concentration is detected, the unit activates a loud audible alarm together with visual warnings on the screen and indicator lights. Alarm patterns and thresholds vary by model.
Selected SORBO models provide an alarm sound of at least 85 dB, designed to attract attention quickly in an emergency.
Switch off the unit and use a soft, dry cloth to clean the housing. Keep the sensor openings free from dust. Do not rinse the detector with water or use alcohol, cleaning sprays or chemical solvents.
Extreme temperatures, high humidity, steam, dust and strong airflow may affect sensor performance. Keep the detector within the operating conditions specified in the instruction manual.
Sensor life varies according to the sensor type, operating environment and frequency of use. Replace the detector or sensor when the end-of-life warning appears or when the recommended service period has been reached.
SORBO supports OEM and ODM services, including customized logos, colors, packaging, alarm settings, display interfaces and product functions. Available options depend on the selected model and order quantity.
